Tom Mazzocco was appointed executive vice president of the San Diego Convention Center Corporation. He joined the SDCCC in 1994 and previously served as VP of human resources and labor relations. He will continue to direct the human resources, labor relations and information systems functions.
He brings more than 20 years of related experience to the position, from earlier employment at Sundt Corporation and work as a human resources consultant. The CCC has an annual budget of $32 million and oversees the 2.6-million-square-foot convention center.
