Elmir Lukac, the new director of food & beverage at Warwick Denver, will oversee operations at Randolph’s Restaurant and Bar as well as hotel catering for the property’s 10,000 square feet of event space.
Fluent in Croatian, Norwegian Swedish and English, Lukac has his first job in the restaurant industry when he was 12 years old in Croatia and has worked in bartender, banquet manager, assistant general manager and general manager positions during 20 years in the hospitality industry.
