Troy Hickox appointed general manager at the Conrad Macao, Cotai Central. The hotel will open this month.
Hickox is originally from Australia, but has lived in Hong Kong for almost 30 years and has 18 years of experience in international hotel management roles. He has worked in other pre-opening positions with various luxury brands including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Design Hotels.
