Sonny Petersson named Food & Beverage director at the Portola Hotel & Spa. He previously worked at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, served as F&B Manager of The Beach & Tennis Club at Pebble Beach and most recently headed the F&B department at the InterContinental – The Clement Monterey.
Originally from Sweden, Petersson has lived on the Monterey peninsula for eight years.
