The Americas Meetings & Events Exhibition (AIBTM) has announced that a new specialty area called Future Events Experience will debut at AIBTM 2012. The three-day event will take place June 19 – 21 in Baltimore.
After its successful launch last year at The Global Meetings & Events Exhibition (EIBTM) in Barcelona, Future Events Experience will become part of a new feature on the AIBTM show floor. The tool will allow AIBTM to provide meeting planners with insights on both current and new technologies that are driving the way events are planned for the future.
This hands-on, interactive demonstration will allow attendees to play, touch, feel and experience the most cutting edge technology while featuring the following features: Chance2Speak, a tool that allows selected exhibitors to give a 10-15 minute demonstration or presentation of their choice; an Ask the Experts Panel with technology experts, the results of which will be streamed throughout social media platforms and AIBTM’s website; ePosters, where companies can upload electronic brochures to interactive screens located throughout the Future Events Experience; and Chance2Meet: a networking area where exhibitors can demonstrate their products or services.
