SAN ANTONIO
BC LYND Hospitality, a growing hospitality investment and management firm, has made its first major acquisition since it was founded earlier this year. The company has purchased the historic St. Anthony Hotel located in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
BC LYND CEO Brandon Raney said his firm is planning a $24 million renovation to restore the 103-year-old hotel and maintain the extraordinary architecture of the building, which is listed as a National Historic Landmark.
The St. Anthony offers 352 guestrooms and more than 30,000 square feet of meeting space.
