Tom Muldoon, former president of the Philadelphia CVB, was named vice president of business development for Hospitality Performance Network Global (HPNG).
Muldoon worked for 25 years with the PCVB and was instrumental in the Pennsylvania Convention Center’s recent $800 million expansion and the launches of the Philadelphia Sports Congress, Philadelphia Multicultural Congress and the Greater Philadelphia Health Care Congress. He also founded Muldoon & Associates, a hospitality and sports management consulting firm.
