INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev.
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is debuting a $20 million resort-wide transformation that has redesigned the property’s guestrooms—with $45,000 invested in each room, Sierra Café and the Spa Terrace Conference Center.
New Guestrooms
Boasting an unrivaled location in the Sierras with iconic lake and mountain views, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort’s 398 guestrooms and suites completed $18 million of Lake Tahoe resort renovations featuring a new, contemporary and luxurious “Grand Lodge”-style look.* A warm and inviting ambiance has been created with the addition of an oak floating headboard, credenzas and nightstands with touches of brushed steel and dark leather, complementing carpeting in shades of slate gray and mocha. Inside each new room, modern amenities now include a newly remodeled bathroom featuring contemporary backlit mirrors and modern showers, “jack packs” (all-in-one multimedia hubs that easily pair the television with laptops or DVD players) and locally themed artwork. A favorite with kids, the resort’s new Family Junior King suites include built-in bunk beds for a cozy lodge experience.
New Dining Experience
The resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Sierra Café , completed a $1.5 million redesign and renovation offering an entirely new, mountain-contemporary look. Featuring 208-seats of indoor and outdoor dining space, guests will now enjoy inventive American cuisine with global influences in a newly redesigned setting. Visitors and locals can satisfy their après-ski or swim appetites with cuisine reflecting Hyatt’s food and beverage philosophy, Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served. New menus have healthier options with greater representation from local producers. Contemporary oak tables and leather seating adorn the dining room space, including a new ‘Chef’s Table,’ ideal for the restaurant’s exceptional Friday buffet or an intimate private event. A large fireplace, constructed with natural stone and rich woods, serves as the focal point for the room. Outdoor dining will now offer large-scale umbrellas. An ideal respite from the day’s endless outdoor activities, the new Sierra Café will continue to offer gorgeous views of the verdant forest and mountainside.
Meeting Space Overview
Featuring seven meeting rooms from 3,000 sq. ft. to a high-tech boardroom with seating up to 12 people, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe’s Spa Terrace Conference Center offers a complete Tahoe resort redesign with a $500,000 renovation. Staying true to the resort’s contemporary “Grand-Lodge” look, all of the newly-appointed meeting and function areas in the Conference Center are attractively remodeled with a fresh and warm color palette, including new carpeting, wall coverings and credenzas, and enhanced audiovisual and technology capabilities, including an up-to-date sound system. The space now boasts hues of rich mocha and slate gray and provides a modern and welcoming ambiance amidst the mountainous surroundings with locally inspired art.
