The Cima restaurant at Colorado’s Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek named Chef Joel Harrington executive chef.
Harrintgon has unveiled a new Latin-inspired menu with dishes such as pan roasted Chatam cod, chili lacquered New York steak and the Colorado lamb leg duo.
He comes to Cima from Charlie Palmer at The Joule hotel in Dallas. Prior to that served as executive chef at Stephan Pyles, also in Dallas, and spent seven years at Ritz-Carlton property restaurants.
