LAS VEGAS
Caesars Entertainment has announced an impressive first wave of tenants to populate The LINQ, the company's $550 million open-air retail, dining and entertainment district located on the 50-yard line of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Popular first-to-market concepts and trendsetting brands, such as Brooklyn Bowl and Sprinkles Cupcakes, are among the first tenants to sign onto the project which boasts more than 300,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space. Opening in late 2013, more than 70 percent of the development space is committed under signed leases or letters of intent.
Sitting directly across from Caesars Palace and nestled between the Imperial Palace Resort and Casino to the north and Flamingo Resort and Casino to the south, The LINQ is within reasonable walking distance of more than 24,000 hotel rooms. An impressive 130-foot tall three-sided, full LED paneled pylon sign will mark the project's Las Vegas Boulevard entrance while the world's tallest observation wheel, the 550-foot Las Vegas High Roller, will serve as the focal point for The LINQ from the rear and is expected to become a top Las Vegas attraction. Adjacent to the High Roller sits several acres of programmable festival space that The LINQ operators will organize with outdoor events throughout the year.
Unlike other Las Vegas entertainment experiences – aside from the casino floor – The LINQ will be programmed and activated a full 24 hours a day.
Comprised of diverse retail, dining, and entertainment experiences, the first wave of tenants to join The LINQ includes the following:
Bella Scarpa: A unique footwear boutique sure to satiate the passions of shoe hounds from around the world. Also includes handbags, accessories and special apparel collections.
Brooklyn Bowl:"One of the most incredible places on earth," according to Rolling Stone Magazine, and ranked the number one music venue in New York City three years in a row by Zagat, Brooklyn Bowl redefines the destination entertainment experience. The Las Vegas location - the brand's first outside of Brooklyn - will thrill its guests with its 2,000-plus person performance area, rockin' comfort food by world-renowned Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon Restaurants, and 32 lanes of bowling which provide the best seat in the house to experience it all.

Off the Strip: Off The Strip Bistro, a local favorite among Las Vegans, is a comfortable, inviting Italian restaurant designed to make every customer feel like a regular.
