SoCal Sheraton Finalizes Upgrades

Davidson Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation’s largest independent hotel management companies, announced the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation to the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel in Agoura Hills, Calif. The hotel was reflagged as a Sheraton in June 2011 when it was purchased by Wheelock Street Capital. Davidson, which has managed the hotel since 2000, oversaw the renovations.

The renovation included all public areas, including soft goods in the lobby area and conversion to the brand’s signature The Link@Sheraton Experience with Microsoft, providing complimentary wireless High-speed Internet access as well as PC workstations and printers. Technology upgrades continued into the hotel’s 17,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel’s restaurants, H2O Sea Grill and Liquid Lounge, were updated with soft goods, and the fitness center was updated with the brand’s revolutionary health and fitness program, Sheraton Fitness Programmed by Core Performance. The outdoor pool and sundry shop also were included in the public space refresh.

The Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel features 280 guest rooms equipped with Sheraton’s all white Sweet Sleeper beds, LCD flat-panel televisions, MP3 docking stations, oversized work stations with custom designed ergonomic chairs and complimentary high-speed Internet access.

Located at 30100 Agoura Rd. in Agoura Hills, Calif., the hotel serves the Conejo Valley communities of Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Calabasas and is less than half an hour from Malibu and only 40 minutes from Los Angeles. The hotel is in close proximity to the 101 business corridor and the headquarters of Farmer’s Insurance, Dole Foods, The Cheesecake Factory and JD Power and Associates, as well as Pepperdine University.
