The all-suite Minneapolis Marriott Northwest has finalized a $24 million improvement project.
Formerly the Northland Inn Hotel and Conference Center, the newly flagged Marriott has installed a lobby great room complete with a huge stone fireplace, and a fitness center with 23 workout stations. In addition, all 230 guest rooms have been renovated.
The hotel presents more than 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including the all-new Hennepin Ballroom, one of three ballrooms on property.
Other event space includes a 140-seat amphitheater, 25 breakout rooms and a boardroom.
