Jeff Briner was named general manager at the Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview.
He has worked with the Radisson brand at properties in Orlando, St. Paul, Roseville, Minn. and Huntsville, Ala.
In his new position, Briner will oversee renovations at the 268-room property beginning in 2013.
