Paul Dubuque was named executive chef and Cody Webber appointed food & beverage manager at the historic Andover Inn in Andover, MA.
Built in 1930 and renovated in 2010, the inn is operated by the Waterford Hotel Group and is located 25 miles north of Boston on the Philips Academy secondary school campus. It offers 30 guest rooms and three function rooms, plus Samuel’s Restaurant and outdoor gardens for seasonal events.
Dubuque will oversee Samuel’s, which serves classic New England fare. He brings more than 20 years of food service industry experience.
Webber will lead culinary operations including catering and banquets. He most recently served as F&B supervisor for the Wyndham Boston Andover.
