SAN FRANCISCO
Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, based in San Francisco, said it has obtained the Los Angeles-based Hotel Wilshire via a joint venture with the OSM Investment group.
Kimpton reports that the LEED-certified boutique hotel in the Miracle Mile section of Los Angeles represents the second LEED-certified hotel in the Kimpton group—joining the Hotel Palomar Philadelphia—and is the second Kimpton hotel in Los Angeles proper.
Transformed from a one-time medical office building into a stylish contemporary lodging, Kimpton's Hotel Wilshire is a stone’s throw from Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood and Century City.
The boutique property offers 74 guest rooms and a variety of meeting and event spaces.
Kimpton now manages 58 hotels and 67 restaurants, bars and lounges nationwide, across 24 cities.
