The Fairmont Chateau Whistler has unveiled the completion of two major renovation projects that will continue to position The Fairmont as a leading luxury brand in Whistler.
Hallways & Corridors
With over 50,000 square feet of corridors and 550 guest rooms to manage, planning the scope of work to renovate 10 guest room floors was no small feat. $2.5 million was invested on brand new hallways that tie together the luxury mountain chalet feel of the hotel through cool earth tones, refreshed Canadian artwork and energy efficient lighting throughout.
Health Club & Pool
With the largest pool deck in Whistler offering breathtaking views of Blackcomb Mountain, The Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s pool is a popular place to unwind and relax year round. A $1.7 million investment overhauled the entire area including the four whirlpools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and guest change rooms. Hotel guests can also enjoy the newly renovated sauna and eucalyptus steam rooms after an invigorating workout in the health club or lap pool. Brand new change rooms offer guests all of the amenities and conveniences they would expect to find at a luxury hotel.
