YOUNG HARRIS, Ga.
Georgia’s Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa has completed an upgrade to all 102 traditional lodge guestrooms. The new earth tone color palette of the bedding, draperies, seating, and wall coverings reflect the resort's surroundings with neutral tones and add to the setting’s natural ambience.
"We are delighted to unveil our new Lodge guestrooms which are sporting a fresh new look that complements the mountain traditions found in our Lodge guestrooms, including the bent wood bedframe," said Charles Burton, General Manager, Brasstown Valley Resort. "But what I am most proud of and excited about is that we were able to use Made in America fabric and craftsmanship for the upgrade. This was a priority in our remodeling program and guests are reacting extremely positive to the new furnishings and their Made in USA labels," added Burton.
Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is about two hours north of Atlanta on US Highway 76, deep in the Appalachian Mountains near the foot of the state's highest peak, Brasstown Bald. The resort includes 102 lodge-style guestrooms in the main lodge and 32 guestrooms in eight lodge cabins. In addition, there is a heated indoor-outdoor pool, tennis courts, and meeting facilities that can accommodate groups of up to 330 people in its 14,298 square feet of conference space and special event venues.
