We provide groups with complimentary Wi-Fi and our concierge can arrange a variety of activities from golf sessions to helicopter tours and transportation to/from airport.

Clarke Cooke House is less than five minutes away from Vanderbilt Grace and has a good scene for those looking for a bar to enjoy in the area. The restaurant's Boom-Boom nightclub is also worth checking out, which is open on the weekends with DJs.
Can you recommend a good place to take a stroll?
The Cliffwalk is just minutes from Vanderbilt Grace and has beautiful views of Newport from the shoreline to the architecture.
Are there any quirky places we should check out?
Glassblowing classes at Thames Glass allows guests to experience the ancient art of glassblowing (with the assistance of a professional glassblower, of course) and they can even take their piece home with them as a nice memento.
What is an unusual request from a group you’ve had?
A group had a last-minute change of plans and we had to empty the hotel lobby to accommodate a wedding ceremony. We made it happen for them, but we weren't expecting it!
A party of 12 wants to have dinner right away. What restaurant can accommodate last-minute requests of this size?
The Conservatory. It offers an informal dining option at the hotel and is one of the newer additions to the original mansion.
What’s a unique event that has taken place at your property?
We had a wedding proposal on the rooftop. The location is quite romantic with beautiful views of the city and harbor. We were happy that such a memorable event took place at our property.
