St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC announces the development and management of a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Dublin, Ohio.
Located on the southeast corner of Rt-161 and Frantz Rd, just off I-270, the Residence Inn by Marriott is scheduled to break ground in Q3 of 2013. Midas Hospitality has already begun to clear the site where an abandoned hotel existed. The $13 million, four-story project will include 100 suites, indoor pool, sport court, outdoor social area and 500 square feet of meeting space.
The Residence Inns by Marriott, with residential-style guestrooms and suites, aim to feature a unique layout where guests can live, work, eat and sleep. The rooms highlight bold colors and modern furnishings, and full kitchens come complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Other elements include deluxe signature bedding, 37-inch television and high-speed internet.
