Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta in the historic Connally Building, Fairfield Inn & Suites has the largest hotel rooms in the area. The newly renovated hotel accommodates 156 non-smoking suites within its 17 floors of contemporary décor, and still contains the marble staircase from its original 17th century architecture.
Each suite is equipped with a separate living area complete with a sofa bed, microwave, mini-fridge and includes flat-screen TV; while the bedroom area comes with views of downtown Atlanta and spacious bathrooms. Other bonuses are the hotel’s 24-hour services, which include a fitness center, valet laundry services and business center.
The complimentary and full, hot breakfast buffet enhances the appeal, as does the full-service bar known as 54 Lounge where bartenders create an array of cocktails and food offerings. The Lounge also offers scenic views of Atlanta and casual seating with flat screen TV’, a place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
The hotel’s Connally room, named after the original building which was constructed in 1916, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Downtown Atlanta, seats up to 75 people and provides a large flat-screen television and equipment perfect for presentations during business meetings. An open atrium sits just outside the room and offers additional seating and televisions.
In total, the hotel offers just over 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
