The Branson Convention Center, Hilton Branson Convention Center hotel and Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing hotel of Branson have named Chef Melinda Burrows as executive chef.
Burrows previously worked in Hollywood and has cooked for celebrities including Sir Paul McCartney and Phil Collins.
She completed her culinary arts training in Seattle and honed her craft in France, receiving her Diplome de Patisserie and Diplome Cesar Ritz in 1992.
In 2001, Chef Burrows established the Your Personal Chef company, providing catering and chef services for Hollywood elite. Her clientele included Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, George Clooney, Katherine Keener, Dermott Mulroney and David Fincher.
She later joined Morrison Management Specialists as catering manager at the Motion Picture Television Fund in Woodland Hills.
Her family has relocated to Branson.
