IRVINE, CA
R.D. Olson Development broke ground on the 210-room Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, CA.
Completion is planned for July 2014 and the room mix of the eight-story hotel will include 94 king beds, 14 executive corner suites and 102 double queen rooms.
Additional amenities include a 1,500-square-foot fitness center, pool cabanas and a fire pit, and the property will offer views of
Saddleback Mountain, Laguna Canyon and the Spectrum Center.
The Courtyard by Marriott will also offer 8,500 square feet of meeting space including a 5,000-square-foot ballroom, a 3,000-square-foot events lawn and a boardroom.
