A minor explosion caused the evacuation of Concourse D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Tuesday morning according to various news outlets, including CBS Atlanta.
The explosion took place in a maintenance shed and temporarily cut off power to part of the airport, though the concourse was reopened not long after the blast occurred.
Airport officials stated that the blast was a small electrical explosion, and there was no fire or any injuries reported. The cause of the mishap is still being investigated.
