SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico
Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort, a beach-front hotel in the Isla Verde section of San Juan, has launched a $32 million renovation that will focus on guestroom enhancements, including upgrading bathrooms, living space and décor.
Slated for completion by November 2013, the property refresh will also include upgrades to the resort's ballroom, public spaces and casino.
The resort, which recently added a new oceanfront bar and lounge, is continuing property upgrades in celebration of its 10th anniversary. It has about 3,600 square feet of flexible indoor event space and 260 guest rooms.
