DENVER
The Curtis - a Doubletree by Hilton has expanded its playground with a $3.4 million renovation that includes the new Four Square Ballroom, a unique 7,000-square-feet indoor/outdoor event space in the heart of downtown Denver.
The new Curtis Four Square ballroom boasts upscale finishes, tons of natural light, cool modern art elements and the latest in advanced technology. A large retractable nano glass wall separates the modern indoor space from a sizeable outdoor patio complete with a private bar, custom lounge furniture and a fireplace. The ballroom can accommodate up to 260 people in rounds and the 2,500 square foot terrace can accommodate up to 200 people, making it the ideal location for a ceremony or reception.
The Curtis now offers more than 28,000 total square feet of event space, all named after favorite childhood games, including the Marco Polo and Peek-a-Boo ballrooms, plus 15 additional meeting rooms. Attendees will get a kick out of the tic-tac-toe notepads, Connect Four and Battleship centerpieces and life-sized Jenga games. Groups can even end the session with a bonding session playing “Guitar Hero.” Custom culinary menus include everything from upscale cuisine to whimsical cotton candy.
The 336-room Curtis features 13 themed guest room floors, each with eye-catching art inspirations and installations.
