The International Special Events Society (ISES) has elected Brian Acheson CSEP, as its new International President for the 2013-14 year.
Acheson, founder and owner of VIP Events is a previous President of the ISES Dallas Chapter and has been a member of the International Board of Governors for the past 11 years. He was inaugurated at the association’s Annual General Meeting, which took place during ISES Live in Nassau, The Bahamas, and was attended by over 400 ISES members from around the world.
"It’s a great honor to be elected as the ISES International President for 2013-14,” said Acheson. “I take on the role at a very exciting time in our association’s history, having just launched the inaugural ISES Live, the roll out of our new Brand Strategy and Brand Story and the development of a number of new Chapters around the World. “
Also announced at ISES Live, was the location for ISES Live 2014, Seattle.
