ORLANDO
The Westin Orlando Universal Boulevard has broken ground on a new meeting and special event center that will expand the AAA Four Diamond Luxury Hotel’s meeting space by an additional 5,576 square feet, including pre-function space.
The new meeting and event center for the 315-room lodging will expand the hotel’s capacity to accommodate corporate and association group meetings, as well as their ability to host weddings, banquets and special events for groups up to 370 for banquet settings and 330 for meetings. Total meeting space will reach 13,685 square feet upon the expected opening date of February, 2014.
