ORLANDO
The Kessler Collection, a portfolio of 10 artistically inspired boutique hotels and restaurants, has announced a continued expansion with upcoming developments throughout the United States.
The brand will create three new hotels in the South—in Charleston, S.C., Birmingham, Ala., Savannah, Ga.—plus a new lodging in Healdsburg, Calif., all expected to open between 2013 and 2015. The dynamic growth furthers the luxury hotel collection's position as a leader in the boutique lodging industry.
Set to debut in late 2014, Bohemian Hotel Charleston will mark The Kessler Collection's first property in South Carolina. The 50-room luxury boutique hotel, located in Charleston's Historic District, is proposed to incorporate diverse offerings including an on-site Grand Bohemian Gallery, as well as a rooftop restaurant and terrace providing ample views of the city.
Similarly, Birmingham will welcome Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, located in the city's Lane Parke development in late 2014. Continuing The Kessler Collection's Four-Diamond, award-winning commitment to guest services and artistic offerings, the property will boast an on-site Grand Bohemian Art Gallery, signature Poseidon Spa and rooftop bar and restaurant.
A third hotel development in Savannah, Ga., is slated to join The Kessler Collection's sister properties, Mansion on Forsyth Park and Bohemian Hotel Savannah Riverfront in fall 2015. As proposed, this ultra-chic 177-room hotel will offer multiple dining outlets, retail space, an art gallery and rooftop bar, all located along the Savannah River in the transformed Georgia Power Plant, originally built in 1912.
Additionally, the brand plans to further its growth with prospective locations in California, including the Napa and Sonoma County areas. The Kessler Collection's first California hotel development has been proposed to open in downtown Healdsburg.
