Homewood Suites by Hilton has announced the opening of its newest property in Dallas, Texas. The new downtown Dallas hotel, which was formerly the United Fidelity Life Insurance building, showcases Homewood Suites' innovative adaptive re-use program that converts historic and existing buildings conducive to an extended-stay footprint.
The 10-story, 130-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown offers studio, one and two-room suites, with additional guest amenities including a full evening meal with drinks Monday-Thursday in the hotel's hospitality center - the "Lodge;" 24-hour on-site pantry; complimentary grocery shopping service; indoor heated pool; fully-equipped fitness center; golf simulator; theater and billiards rooms; indoor half basketball court; eight flexible meeting rooms; and a 24-hour executive business center.
The hotel, located at 1025 Elm Street, is in the heart of downtown Dallas, just a short walk from the West End, the Dallas Convention Center, the Arts District and many shops, restaurants and bars. The property is also adjacent to the DART rail station and Dallas Underground Pedestrian Network, and only two miles from the American Airlines Center, Dallas Aquarium, and Dallas Farmers Market.
