Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 959 Middle Road, in Bettendorf, Iowa.
The new Bettendorf Hilton Garden Inn is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2014. The 116-room hotel will be managed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies.
Some of the in-room amenities will include fresh cozy duvets and crisp linens, plush hypoallergenic pillows, HD televisions, and complimentary wireless internet. Complimentary hotel services provided are access to the indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and business center. The 24/7 Pavilion Pantry will also offer an array of snack and beverages.
