Amy McMinn joined Orchid Event Solutions in Salt Lake City as vice president and chief information officer.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in software design and development to the company.
McMinn mostly recently led a team of 30 software engineers at L-3 Communications Systems West, developing communications systems and graphic user interfaces.
In her new role she will help Orchid Event Solutions link their registration software with client needs.
