WEST DES MOINES, Iowa
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa-based hotel development and management company, announced it will begin development on a dual branded Hilton campus. The campus will include a 102-unit Hampton Inn & Suites and a 100-unit Homewood Suites, at the intersection of Mills Civic Parkway and Stagecoach in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The Hampton Inn & Suites will feature clean and fresh Hampton beds and lap desks in each guestroom, 31 king suites, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary On The House Hot Breakfast. The Homewood Suites will offer 100 extended stay suites featuring separate living and sleeping quarters and fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
The Homewood Suites will also offer an on-site business center, a Welcome Home Reception featuring light meal and beverages (Monday - Thursday) and a complimentary Suite Start hot breakfast every day of the week. Both the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites will have an indoor pool, sweet shop, and high-speed wireless Internet. All guests staying at the dual-branded Hilton campus will enjoy the benefits of the Hilton Honors, frequent travelers award program, and will be able to make reservations thru the Hilton Hotels reservations system.
Construction will begin on the dual branded Hilton campus in the spring of 2014 and is expected to open for guests during the spring of 2015. The hotel campus is expected to include a boardroom and small conference space as well.
