Marcus Iseli was named new general manager of The Chedi Muscat on the Gulf of Oman.
Most recently, he managed the pre-opening and soft-opening of the Palazzo Parigi in Milan.
This position at the Muscat will be his third time working in the Middle East as he served as the general manager of the Four Seasons Istanbul between 2000 and 2004, and as the general manager of The Four Seasons Damascus from 2004 to 2008.
Iseli also previously worked in the U.A.E for InterContinental Turkey, spent four years in Sudan at the Hilton and two years at safari lodges in Kenya.
The 158-room Chedi Muscat opened in 2003.
