Warwick Marriott Unveils 'Cynergy' Room Design

WARWICK, R.I.

The 92-room Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick, Rhode Island, recently completed a major renovation of its guestrooms with a new design geared towards the next generation of business travelers.

The new "Cynergy" design offers modern-style rooms with flexible workspace, including in-room docking stations for smart phones and tablets. The hotel, located at 55 Jefferson Park Road and only 3 miles from T.F Green Providence Airport, is managed by Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management firm.

With a priority of flexibility and connectivity, the new Warwick guestroom upgrades feature a new "lounge around" sofa large enough for guests to sprawl out, a room desk that is lightweight so it can be moved effortlessly around the room, and handy "tech drops" to hold tablets, smartphones and other technical devices a traveler may bring. The rooms' new color palette includes earth tones and soft pastels creating an airy, natural feel.

"We are thrilled to introduce our upgraded accommodations to our guests," said Sean Riccard, General Manager of the Courtyard Warwick. "We've incorporated a lot of flexibility in the new room design, which will allow our guests more options in a space to both relax and work."

The Courtyard by Marriott Warwick features 700 square feet of total meeting space in its Narragansett Room with a max capacity of 40 for small meetings.
