After a year-long renovation, the College Park Marriott and Conference Center has reopened with a new streamlined name and updated meeting spaces. (The hotel was formerly known as the Marriott Inn and Conference Center University of Maryland University College.)
The new Patomac Ballroom measures 6,700 square feet, with more than 2,000 square feet of pre-function space. The interior of the 8,200-square-foot Chesapeake Ballroom was redecorated and the hotel introduced a new 250-seat conference dining room.
The 237-room hotel now offers 40,000 square feet of function space.
