NEW ORLEANS, La.
Located along the Mardis Gras parade route and just outside the French Quarter, the InterContinental New Orleans is one of the city's best known properties. The luxury hotel is undergoing a $26 million renovation that will update the lobby area and all 479 guest rooms.
New meeting spaces will also be added to the hotel's existing 31,000 square feet of function space. The project is expected to wrap-up this fall, but the hotel has remained open throughout the construction.
The hotel is near the riverfront and a mile from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
