Barbara Lippert Readey was named general manager of The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club.
She brings 28 years of industry experience, most recently serving as general manager of the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, where she helped debut the new Catch Bar & Grill restaurant.
Her duties as GM will include overseeing hotel and club operations, managing staff and projects and budgeting.
Ready has previously held 15 different management positions with Marriott in ten cities, and spent seven years working at Marriott International Headquarters.
