Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J., is getting ready for some summer fun. Beginning Memorial Day Weekend and going through September 20, Resorts will be offering daily promotions, events and specials to keep the fun happening and the summer hot.
“Resorts has a summer vibe all year long, so when summer rolls around it is our turn to kick it up and Hot Summer Fun will do just that,” said Mark Giannantonio, president and CEO of Resorts Casino Hotel. “Throughout the summer we will feature top notch entertainment in the Superstar Theater, an array of live music at Margaritaville, LandShark Bar & Grill and Bar One, in addition to specials like Wine Wednesday and daily promotions."
Events
Memorial Day Weekend Kickoff Beach Ball Drop – To start the summer fun off right, Resorts will drop more than 5,000 beach balls over the Boardwalk at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 23. Music and dance contests will be held throughout the afternoon leading up to the 5 p.m. ball drop.
Wine Wednesday – Every Wednesday Resorts hosts Wine Wednesday at Bar One featuring $5 Alamos wines.
Resorts Second Annual Beerfest – On Saturday, September 6th Resorts will host the Second Annual Beerfest in the Ballroom from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. The event will feature beers from around the world and live music from My Hero Zero. More details can be found at ResortsAC.com.

$1 Million Waves of Summer – Star Card Club members can play our jumbo kiosk game daily May 23 through September 20, 2014 for a chance to win $1 Million! All Star Card members can play once daily and earn points to play a second time each day.
In addition to the $1 Million grand prize, Star Card members will have a chance to win trips to Key West and Hawaii, scuba and fishing trips, Jet Ski’s, 4-Wheelers, paddleboards, kayaks, surfboards with lessons, mortocycles, slot cash and more. On Saturday, September 20th Resorts will host the $1 Million Waves of Summer $50,000 Grand Prize sweepstakes with cash and slot cash prizes. Everyone who plays the $1 Million Waves of Summer kiosk game will receive an entry into the sweepstakes.
Crazy Crane Game – Every Monday June 2 through September 1st, Star Card members playing slots will be randomly selected every 15 minutes to play the Crazy Crane Game. 32 winners will be selected between the hours of noon and 9:30 p.m. to play the game for a chance to win an array of prizes, including Weber Baby Grill, wireless speakers, slot cash and more.
$5,000 Slot Tournament Tuesday – Every Tuesday beginning June 3rd, Star Card members can participate in the $5,000 slot tournaments located on the casino floor by earning one point on their Star Card. Tournaments are held between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. and feature cash and slot cash prizes.
Hot Summer Fun Scratch Off Game – Every Thursday from June 26th through August 28th, Star Card members can earn five points to redeem a Hot Summer Fun Scratch Off Card that could be worth up to $100,000.
Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt Giveaway – Every Friday starting May 30th through August 29th, Star Card members can earn three points to receive a Hot Summer Fun T-shirt. A new T-shirt design will be featured each week.

LandShark Beach at Resorts
The LandShark Beach at Resorts will be fun all summer long with a variety of events.
Big Beach Bash presented by Playmore Sports – Kicking off the official start of summer, Playmore Sports will debut their Big Beach Bash at LandShark Beach at Resorts on Saturday, June 21 with a variety of games to play from noon to 8 p.m. Cost is $25 per person to participate and prizes will be awarded to winners. Throughout the summer every Thursday, June 26th through August 28th, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Playmore Sports will be on the beach hosting events for only $5 per person.
Surfing and Paddleboard lessons – Jersey Devil Surf Shop, owned by legendary surfer Dean Randazzo, offers surfing and paddleboard lessons daily starting at $70.
Resorts Casino Hotel made history as the first American casino outside of Nevada and celebrated its 35th anniversary in May 2013 with a new milestone: the opening of a $35-million Margaritaville casino and entertainment complex that includes, among other attractions, the only beach bar on the Atlantic City sand.
