Hotel industry veteran Donald E. Cook was named general manager of the Hilton Shreveport.
He has previously managed properties with HEI Hotels & Resorts including the Hilton Minneapolis and the Algonquin in New York City.
Most recently, Cook served as general manager of the Embassy Suites Orland-Lake Buena Vista. With Hyatt Hotels, he has held management roles at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore and Hyatt Atlanta Airport.
