Century Equities Inc has announced the development of a 96-room Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotel in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The extended stay hotel will be conveniently located along I-70, 10 minutes west of Wheeling, WV and 55 miles from Pittsburgh, Pa.
Hotel features include a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, on-site convenience store, wired/wireless internet, business center, fitness center, and a meeting space that can hold up to 50. Additionally, an enhanced and expanded rear patio and outdoor lounge area with a pass through fireplace will provide a “home away from home” feel for guests. Guest rooms will include studios, extended studios, and one bedroom suites.
All rooms will include the following: fully-equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, microwave and a dishwasher; 42-46 inch HDTVs; iHome dual charging clock radios; environmentally friendly Mineral Fusion bath amenities; iron/ironing boards; hairdryer.
The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham St. Clairsville will open during the first half of 2015.
