Krista Currie and Katie Walny were both named catering sales executives, at the BWI Airport Marriott and Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, respectively.
Currie began her career with Marriott on the food and beverage team at the Grande Ocean Club in Hilton Head, S.C.
She has since worked at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in St Louis, where she was promoted to assistant restaurant manager, and in the company's Mid Atlantic Sales Group Office as a sales manager.
Walny brings six years of industry experience to her new role at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. She joined the hotel in 2008 as an assistant front office manager.
