Loews Promo Promises Fast RFP Response

NEW YORK CITY

Time is of the essence when planning a meeting, which is why Loews Hotels & Resorts boldly promises to respond to group inquiries within TWO HOURS* with the new "It's About Time" meeting promotion.

Designed to stop wasting planners' valuable time, "It's About Time!" guarantees that all meeting requests for proposals (RFPs) will be responded to within two hours during regular business hours. If consumers do not hear back within two hours, and proceed to book their meeting at a Loews property, Loews Hotels will reward a $500 donation to the charity of their choice.

"No one has time to sit around waiting these days, especially when they're throwing business our way. The new 'It's About Time!' promotion continues Loews' tradition of putting our clients first and making sure nothing gets in their way," said David Wiener, Senior Vice President of Sales for Loews Hotels & Resorts.

With any group gathering at Loews Hotels, meeting planners can expect personalized service courtesy of an assigned LINC (a.k.a., Loews Immediate Needs Coordinator), a hotline to Loews CEO Paul Whetsell upon request, along with state-of-the-art amenities, award-winning catering, and the bill sent within five business days, guaranteed.

*The It's About Time! guarantee only applies to bookings of 10 rooms or more, sent during business hours Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (local time for the property about which you are inquiring), and not applicable on holidays.

Charitable donations may not be available at every hotel, in which case, Loews will offer $500 credit redeemable for hotel services. Visit www.loewshotel.com/meetings for more information.
