San Francisco's Sir Francis Drake hotel announced the appointment of Nikki Carlson as assistant general manager.
She comes to the Kimpton property from Hotel La Jolla, where she spent two years as director of rooms.
Carlson also previously spent five years with Hyatt Hotels, at properties including the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Austin, Tex. and the Hyatt Fairfax at Fair Lakes in Virginia.
