Crestline Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of the new Twelve & K Hotel, located at 1201 K Street, NW, four blocks from the Washington Convention Center and within walking distance from the White House, Metro stations and popular local restaurants and theaters.
Formerly the Four Points by Sheraton Washington, D.C., the 265-room upscale hotel offers 9,400 square feet of meeting space, including a 6,152-square-foot ballroom.
With 10 function rooms, Twelve & K welcomes meetings and receptions both small and large, and offers green meeting packages as well as a rooftop pool and deck. The District Grill Restaurant & Bar is the main dining option at the hotel, serving American cuisine.
