Rich Reiss was appointed managing director of the Montage Laguna Beach. Beginning in August he will oversee all operations of the flagship resort.
Reiss has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and comes to Montage from Sea Island, a five-star resort in Georgia where he served as managing director.
Previously Reiss was the CEO of Plumpjack Group in San Francisco where he oversaw the development of wineries, restaurants, resorts and real estate.
