The JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek announced that JoAnn Elson is now serving as general manager.
Elston comes to the 196-room JW Marriott property with more than 22 years of industry experience. She most recently served as general manager at Denver's Curtis, a DoubleTree by Hilton.
Both the Curtis and the JW Marriott are managed by Sage Hospitality.
Her other management experience includes work at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island in Florida, the Paramount Hotel in New York, the Wyndham Bristol Hotel in Washington, D.C. and the Wyndham Copley Plaza in Boston.
