Historic Connecticut Inn Adds Sleek Boardroom

NORWICH, Ct.

The Spa at Norwich Inn has unveiled a new meeting space with a touch of class, designed for high-level gatherings.

The recently created Executive Boardroom complements the remaining 6,500 square feet of meeting and breakout space, with 12 high-back leather, ergonomic chairs surrounding a handmade Cherry Wood table with individual blotters, pads, mints, and sparkling waters. Natural lighting and sound-enhanced, the room includes a complete audio visual package with 42" screen, Polycom phones, whiteboard and private high-speed Wi-Fi.

Menus are customized with meals prepared while in session or at Kensington's Restaurant. A Business Center completes the meeting amenities.

An established full-service meeting destination in Connecticut, the Norwich Inn is reachable by car in just a little over 2 hours from NYC, 2 hours from Boston, under an hour from Providence and just 45 minutes from Hartford. Meetings at Norwich Inn has received the "Best of the East" award nine times as an outstanding meeting facility, providing excellence in service, as rated by the readers of Meetings Focus magazine.

The historic Inn, built in 1929 and renovated in 2011 and 2014, includes 49 unique rooms with 4 distinct suite options. Located on the 42 acres adjacent to the main inn are 48 townhouses, offering every bedroom style with features such as galley kitchens, private balconies, and living rooms with wood-burning fireplaces.

The Spa at Norwich Inn is owned by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation and is a member of the Historic Hotels of America, a program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
