BELLEVUE, Wash.
Hyatt Regency Bellevue, located nine miles from downtown Seattle, announced it is entering the final stages of its largest hotel renovation since the addition of a second tower in 2009.
This $5.2-million, three-part project includes already completed updates to 381 guest rooms in the Cascade Tower and lobby, as well as an upcoming redesign of the pre-function and ballroom meeting spaces, slated for completion by the end of 2014.
The hotel lobby was also renovated with new furniture and upholstery, alongside two 55-inch Microsoft Windows “touch tables,” where visitors can view flights, play games or surf the web.
Updates to the hotel's original Cascade Tower included new upholstery and carpet as well as hardwood furniture and lighting. Its pre-function space and ballroom will be revamped to bolster Hyatt Regency Bellevue's existing reputation as a leading meeting venue.
The spaces will be finished with all new carpet, lighting, paneled airwalls, wall coverings and furniture, costing an estimated $2.6 million.
Hyatt Regency Bellevue is a AAA Four-Diamond hotel situated on Seattle’s Eastside, nestled between Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountain Range. The hotel offers 70,000 square feet of meeting space and 732 redesigned guest rooms.
