NEW YORK
The Warwick New York Hotel has unveiled an entirely restyled interior complete with updated guest rooms and a collection of Signature Suites. The refreshed look aims to blend the property's past with a more sophisticated modern feel.
The property was originally built in 1926 by William Randolph Hearst as a pied-à-terre for his longtime love Marion Davies and their Hollywood friends.
The hotel's 426 guest rooms, including a collection of 67 suites, now offer a color palate of gray and champagne tones and a selection of stately furnishings. With some of the more spacious layouts in Manhattan, the Warwick's guest rooms offer a number of functional and decorative additions such as fresh in-room flowers and convenient work desks.
A highlight of the hotel’s renovation is the group of five new Signature Suites. Each suite was individually designed to pay homage to the hotel's history and the area's cultural landscape. The suites are aptly named The Randolph Suite, The Marion Suite, The Follies Suite, The Jane Suite and The Modern Art Suite, the latter being a nod to its famous neighbor, MoMA.
Each of the hotel's room offerings now fall into six distinct categories - Premier, Premier Plus, Premier Suites, Premier Plus Suites, On The Avenue Suites and Signature Suites.
In addition to the selection of revived guest rooms and suites, the Warwick New York Hotel is home to two original dining establishments—neighborhood hotspot Randolph's Bar & Lounge and the artistically inspired Murals on 54.
Situated in Midtown Manhattan, the Warwick New York Hotel is just steps away from MoMA, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway's Theater District, Carnegie Hall, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, the Ziegfeld Theater and Times Square. With its 8,000 square feet of newly renovated banquet space, the hotel can host a variety of events in its seven distinctive meeting venues.
