W San Francisco Debuts Snazzy New Space

SAN FRANCISCO

W San Francisco has officially debuted its brand-new function area, SOCIAL, a 2,467-square-foot event space that can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, while also offering a scenic patio for intimate social gatherings.

The terrace overlooks the city’s bustling SoMa district, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Skylights and contemporary radial lighting fixtures adorn the ceiling, and an original “fog and dissolve” design aesthetic is represented via a color palette inspired by the Bay Area’s weather patterns.

Located in the SoMa district, W San Francisco offers several meeting rooms and banquet spaces, with about 17,000 square feet of total event space. The hotel is within walking distance of interest points such as the SFMOMA, Yerba Buena Gardens and the waterfront.
